Shipping & Refund Policy
All packages are on a lead time of 1-3 business days to be shipped out of our Oregon based facility upon successful receipt of your payment.
You will have an option to upgrade to faster shipping during the checkout process.
By definition, the shipping time starts once the package has shipped, which can be up to 3 business days from the purchase. If you choose express shipping, you are guaranteed package delivery within 1 to 2 business days after the package has shipped.
We offer free shipping on US (domestic) orders over $50 – these orders will be sent using USPS 1st class shipping.
A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships. We understand that the US is a diverse country and seasonal weather patterns may cause disruption – so depending on where you live, and the time of year, the shipping time may vary.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

100% satisfaction is our top goal. We couldn’t do what we do without your support and fully understand that things happen. With that said, you can return unopened and unused products within 10 days of ship date.
Email email@example.com to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 10 day time limit. We will respond as quickly as we can with the return address.
Please provide us with the tracking information once the order is placed in the mail. For items over $100, please consider using a shipping service with tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items as that is your responsibility to ensure proper tracking through the carrier.
Once we receive your unopened, unused item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to replace your purchase with a new item. Please keep in mind that a small amount of hemp flower may end up at the bottom of the pack due to the shipping and handling process.
Loosie will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on Loosie.us. Loosie LLC will not allow returns from purchases made in our partner retail stores. For purchases made on Amazon, please see their terms and conditions.
Please also note that CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Once we ship the item, your primary point of contact will be the shipping courier. In the majority of cases that will be USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they will be able to assist with locating the package. You can reach UPS at 866-PICK-UPS.
We are not responsible for customs and shipping in any country outside of the US. It is your responsibility as the consumer to know the laws and customs in your country, as you will take on the full risk of the purchase as it crosses international borders.
